Dr. Josh Bernstein is an experienced cosmetic dentist, serving patients throughout the San Francisco and the East Bay area. Dr. Bernstein has completed a comprehensive series of post-doctoral courses, and has been appointed to a Clinical Instructor position on the faculty of LVI, which is considered the premier post-doctoral teaching facility in dentistry. This position enables Dr. Bernstein to teach other dentists from around the globe about the latest techniques in cosmetic dentistry and advanced dental rehabilitation.

Dr. Bernstein is constantly learning and perfecting the latest techniques in neuromuscular and cosmetic dentistry. Each year, Dr. Bernstein completes hundreds of hours of postgraduate dental education in order to stay up to date on the most recent advances in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Bernstein has recently been awarded several distinctions, including "Dental Practice of the Year" by The Richards Report, one of dentistry's most popular journals and Dr. Bernstein has also been selected by The Consumers' Research Council of America as one of "America's Top Dentists," after being nominated by other dentists.
Recently, Dr. Bernstein appeared as the featured smile makeover dentist for an "Extreme Makeover" on KPIX Television, San Francisco's CBS affiliate. The crowd was amazed as he completely transformed a patient's smile in just two visits.
Dr. Bernstein has been recognized by Women in Need (W.I.N.) for his clinical and financial contributions to W.I.N. and their major fundraiser, The Mrs. Globe Pageant. Carol Milliron, Mrs. Pacific Northwest, underwent Dr. Bernstein's "smile makeover" in order to look her best for the pageant. He has also been featured in the Journal of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry through the "Give Back a Smile" program for rehabilitating the smiles of abused women.
Dr. Bernstein frequently lectures to dental audiences throughout the U.S.A. on one of his favorite topics, Using Outstanding Service to Provide the Ultimate Dental Experience.
He regularly contributes articles to respected dental journals as well as being featured in the news for his work in advanced cosmetic rehabilitation.

Dr. Bernstein is a Bay Area native and a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the University of the Pacific Dental School.
